Quadrant PC 1000

개요

PC 1000 is a transparent, amorphous thermoplastic with extremely high impact strength and modulus of elasticity.

Unlike general clear PC sheets (0.5T–15T), this product is manufactured through a different process, resulting in slightly lower surface quality and transparency.

특성

PC 1000 has a heat deflection temperature of 145°C at 264 psi, very low moisture absorption, and excellent resistance to acidic solvents.
It also offers excellent electrical properties, making it ideal for components used in electrical/electronic equipment (see Figures 12 and 13).
Due to its strength, impact resistance, and clarity, PC 1000 is ideal for use in transparent structural components such as sight glasses and windows.

PC 1000 exhibits excellent dimensional stability, making it ideal for machining parts that require tight tolerances.
